We have 64 bottles of collectible bourbon to be awarded to 25 lucky winners!

This raffle is benefiting children and families who visit and play at Levi’s Adventure Trail, specifically to bring Levi’s Adventure to another amazing playground location in Sikeston, MO. This new playground will continue to celebrate Levi’s Legacy by bringing joy to children in a new town!

A total of 2000 tickets will be sold, at $100 each. Drawing will occur November 1, 2021, or when all 2000 tickets have been sold. You don’t have to be present to win, and there is NO LIMIT to the number of tickets you can purchase! More details below.

The Quick Chek Markets of Sikeston, MO very generously donated 64 bottles of bourbon. Levi’s uncle Jim has been collecting these impressive bottles since our last raffle in 2019, and we’re excited to give these away, too!

So, what are we trying to build?

We are raising funds to purchase and install a destination playground in Sikeston, MO. We’re expanding the Adventure! This playground will be awesome!

Our previous (2019) raffle raised funds to install a Sona Play Arch in Levi’s Adventure Trail, located in Cape Girardeau, MO’s Cape County Park South. It opened on July 1, 2021, and has had a fantastic response. In fact, we are only the 21st Sona Arch installed in the United States, which makes us a landmark and regional draw to bring even more families together at Levi’s Adventure Trail.

Please help us create another amazing playground in Sikeston, MO with this raffle!

The basics: We are selling 2000 tickets at $100 each. You can buy as many tickets as you wish. Tickets are being sold online ONLY at https://e.givesmart.com/events/m85/. The drawing will happen on or before November 1, 2021. We will draw early when all 2000 tickets have been sold.

The drawing: We will use a combination of digital and analog resources to randomize the drawing. We will draw the top 25 names from our list of 2000, and those will be pasted next to the list of 25 prizes (see the list section), and each name receives that prize. Simple and fair!

Basic Rules: The #1 slot giveaway winner gets a 6 bottle collection including 2019 Old Rip Van Winkle 10 Year Old, 2019 Van Winkle 12 Years Old, 2020 Van Winkle Family Reserve Rye 13 Years Old, 2019 Pappy Van Winkle 15 Years Old, 2020 Pappy Van Winkle 20 Years Old, and 2019 Pappy Van Winkle 23 Years Old. You must be 21 years old or older to enter. Drawing will be conducted on a live post on Levi’s Adventure Trail’s Facebook page when all tickets have been sold or on November 1, 2021 (whichever comes first). We will notify each ticket holder by provided contact information the exact date and time of the event. Winners will be announced on our Levi’s Adventure Trail Facebook page. You will receive a receipt at the email address provided when ticket(s) is purchased. No physical receipts will be provided. Winners will be notified by contact information provided and the winners’ names will appear on Levi’s Adventure Trail Facebook page after the drawing. Active Levi’s Children’s Charity board members and their families are ineligible to purchase tickets. Items will be sent via fully-insured delivery to any address in the Continental United States as specified by the winner and unless prohibited by law.
No purchase limit applies while sufficient tickets are available. A maximum of 2000 tickets will be sold. Void where participation is prohibited. All proceeds benefit Levi’s Children’s Charity/ Levi’s Adventure Trail a Missouri 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization. Facebook is not responsible for this event in any way.

Drawing functionality: Drawing will be streamed live on our Facebook page. Once the tickets have sold out, we will announce the date and time of the drawing. The drawing will be done randomly using both analog and digital means, to ensure the utmost randomness that can be achieved. Dice will be rolled to determine the number of times the list of names will be shuffled. The list of names of raffle ticket purchasers will be placed into an online list randomizer at https://www.random.org/lists/. We will shuffle the list of names a number of times as determined by the dice, and then paste that list of names in next to the bourbons in our spreadsheet (see bourbon list for order). The first 25 names will win the prize that corresponds with their name in the randomly ordered list. Each winner will be contacted via the information provided when they bought their ticket for winner verification.

Fundraising details: All funds raised go to Levi’s Children’s Charity, a registered 501c3 non-profit organization, and will be used to purchase and install new playground equipment for a new playground in Sikeston, Missouri.

What You Provide: By purchasing a ticket for this raffle, you consent that you are 21 years of age or older, and give permission for your name to be used publicly in the drawing/results listing on this site, our website at www.levisadventuretrail.com and various social media. Any other personal information will not be shared with anyone.

Event Location: Live feed drawing natively hosted on https://www.facebook.com/LevisAdventureTrail. Video will be available for replay after the live event has completed as well.
